You also can't import a new email to a mailing list "individually". "Something went Wrong". What's the process in terms of getting help from Squarespace for this fundamental and time-sensitive issue?

I've got the same problem. How does this work in terms of getting a response from Squarespace? How do we know they're on the case? Are they active in these forums responding to issues?
