Countdown Timer on Lock Screen OR Cover Page

This is what my client wants! I have a super basic countdown but need it to automatically redirect to home page when the countdown hits zero. How do I do that? Here's the code I have for the countdown: <div class="js-countdown-timer" data-date="2024-03-07T13:00:00.000Z"></div>
