  1. Many thanks @tuanphan, suggestion #1 worked! Any thoughts on why Firefox is mostly refusing to load the video?
  2. More info on the rogue element involved: <div class="plyr__poster" style="background-image: url(&quot;https://video.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/65aa811301034677ee196bea/1bd6e243-d5eb-4c45-a47a-ccb46f946b03/thumbnail&quot;);"></div>
  3. Thanks for the reply @tuanphan, The page is: https://trout-vanilla-fe4g.squarespace.com/home
  4. Hello @tuanphan, I wondered if you could help with a problem I can't seem to correct with an embedded video block. The video mp4 autoplays without controls as the first section on the home page. The problem I'm having is that there is an extra frame being displayed at the beginning of the video which can actually be found about half way through the video. Looking through the Squarespace code, I think I've found this rogue frame: [thumbnail (1920×1080) (squarespace-cdn.com)](https://video.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/65aa811301034677ee196bea/1bd6e243-d5eb-4c45-a47a-ccb46f946b03/thumbnail), which only shows when the website first loads or is reloaded (not when the video is clicked on to be played again). Also, I've noticed that, only when using the Firefox browser, the video refuses to autoplay about 9 times out of ten and displays the loading circle. Thanks in advance.
  5. Thanks for the reply, @tuanphan I used the code below and it changes the arrow colours, no problem, but '+' icons remain unchanged .accordion-block .arrow { border-color: #B20000 !important; } What's the correct syntax for the Plus icon? I've tried the obvious ones such as `.accordion-block .plus {` etc., but to no avail.
  6. Hello @tuanphan You described how to change the accordion icon colors in #2. Change Arrows Color , but I can't seem to be able to do the same with the Plus '+' icon. Is it possible at all? Thanks
