Gorfus got a reaction from ron1cne in How to Track Contact Form submissions via either GA4 or GTM
It's because you can't do it and they are hiding that from customers. There is a workaround using code injection and a custom state conversion if you upgrade to the business plan. Here's a walkthrough on youtube.
