It may be user-error from what they are telling us, everything in the backend is good. We are sending out specific instructions to those signing up to see if that is the case. They might not have been using the register button and using the login....but we are pending to see if that is the case......as of right now issues on-going

I just tried moving the button to see if that is causing any issue, because yesterday everything was fine but we did move the button to the top section where the digital product was and after that it started to not work ONLY for certain people in certain states

is it because of the digital product and button being the same section?

Yes, it does, everything was working fine yesterday like I said, it is only happening to certain people: I been trying to recreate it and I am not having the issue but apparently three different states are having this issue happen: https://www.culturallyresponsive.org/clr-plus-join

Many of our members have been able to register and login without issue, but as of today, this morning we have received several complaints that they are unable to even register or login now and they receive a message saying that they must become a member first, but it won't even show them the sign-up form anymore. The thing is it is only happening to certain people, not all.
