Banner videos not playing on Chrome (desktop) or Edge (desktop). Video in the banner used to work fine. Video works fine in firefox. Is there a fix to this?

I just noticed this happening to my site today. Nothing changed settings wise. Video displays fine on iphone, and in firefox bowser. Video does not play in edge or chrome.
