Typically, yes, you can include multiple pieces of code, though there can be conflicts.

Enable mouse right-click protection plugin for a Squarespace Website (a copywrite message block pops up when any item or image is right-clicked.)
    Right-click protection for Squarespace.
I have no experience with this plug-in but I thought some here might want to give it a go.

You need to add a new page to the "main navigation" in the pages menu, have a look at this:

Same UI I see on my iOS. It looks like it has movable handles on it by I couldn't make mine move. When I did a copy. Then saved it out to my computer and compared it to the original image uploaded to the site, it had all the same specs. Conclusion. It's not a screenshot but the UI is different between desktop and mobile. The underlying tech in the browser is using the same routine to copy the image despite the different UIs.

Remove the first and last curly brackets.
Let us know how it goes.

Is it possible to have a watermark added at the point of saving, so that my work can be viewed without watermarks on my site?
Alternatively, can a low res thumbnail be substituted for the main image at the point of saving?
I'm curious because my image work needs to be seen by potential clients so I don't want watermarked or low res images on my site. Most of my work would be of no interest to most people in terms of "stealing" it. Who would want an image of a shampoo bottle or a pizza in any case? But there are some items, comic strip stuff, film posters, record sleeves, etc. that might be a bit more desirable.
Yes, we all know you can't "stop" image theft but can make it harder. I know how to go into the source code & find an image but most people don't & that extra level would be good enough.

The only way you can truly secure a photo on the internet is not to share it on the internet.
If an image is publically available on the internet via a URL then anyone can ultimately get to it no matter what you try to make it more difficult.
I suggest not wasting the time as you are just getting a false sense of security.
A more practical approach may be to watermark your images.

Okay, so it seems that I can't hide my logo on what I would like to be my home page, which rather shoots the idea in the foot.
Never mind. Thanks for the link. 🙂

Having the URL as plain text in the Custom CSS text window is only useful for copying the URL, it then needs removing just from the text box, not the Custom Files and it will be fine.

    Hi,

Not sure if you have seen this article for landing pages on Squarespace. Have a read and let me know if this helps.

When you say that you are adjusting the image, what changes are you making?
The content of the page and content of the blocks (including focal point and alignment) will have the same settings on both desktop and mobile. The only thing you can change between desktop and mobile is the size and position of the blocks in the grid, the content stays the same.

Anyway, I've created another page with a selection of images & they're scaling correctly so I can only assume it's the 3rd party "slider" code that allows for a "before & after" which is causing the alignment issue.
I think the best way forward is to continue doing what I've done & put the other images in a separate section when I'm using the slider code.

That sounds like a powerful feature!
