  1. Hello, My company recently started selling online, retail. We sell fresh pasta that is time and temperature sensitive. We go to lengths to protect it during shipping, and all orders must be shipped at least 2nd Day speed. However, the difference of price between squarespace and a service like EasyShip, the cost is almost 75% less with easyship than what carrier calculated rates are from the squarespace checkout page. This is huge, considering I can get 2nd day air labels with easy ship for 12-15 dollars vs 35+ that a customer sees. My company already invests money into proper insulated and cooled packaging - so I'd like to have the customer cover the cost of the shipping at the actual rate that I pay for. How can I get the customer to see actual discounted rates like I see. This surely will convert more sales when they see 2nd day air is not actually 35+ dollars. i feel like i am missing something as i am entirely new to this, if you have any suggestions - let me know
