I just started with member areas for my online fitness classes (so I am new to this system) and was wondering if and when I have a member that is going to be away for an extended period of time (3 weeks or more), is there a way to give them a discount/credit for that month AFTER they have already signed up? I know that if they are going month to month they could easily cancel and then rejoin but if they choose the two month option, do they get a credit for the month not used if they cancel?
Any suggestions would be apprecited. Thanks.
