Hide Blog Title and Meta in Post

hi, this may be a very dumb question, but now that i have hidden the blog post title from view, when i add a new blog post there is nowhere to add a title. i want it hidden on the site view but when i create new posts i still want to be able to add a title to it for organization. thanks!
