Overlap images and sections with 7.1

Hi @tuanphan, I have tried all of these options and still cannot get my text in the lower section to overlap with the red section above it. Adjusting z-index values isn't working and I cannot find that the overflow is hidden. My website is at https://watermelon-potato-rekw.squarespace.com/ Thank you so much for your help!
