    The nav item may need to be targeted with custom CSS and to do that your website address needs to be posted.

    I added to your suggestion a couple of other classes.
    .sqs-add-to-cart-button, .cart-continue-button, .cart-checkout-button { opacity: 1 !important; }

    You have an image block covering the text. 
    It looks like you're hiding two images on mobile, but the block is still there with a higher z-index.

    Do you want the footer wider or the header narrower?
    The simplest thing to do is in the header settings change it from Full to Inset.
    If you want the footer full width, then you would need this Custom CSS:
