Hiding navigation folder from Google Sitelinks

Hello, is this still the case where "Folder" cannot be changed? Im not sure what you suggested @tuanphan when you said to remove the link in the Google Search Console? Is that a permanent solution you were describing. Can you please explain in more detail?
