I'd love to hear if you had any luck resolving this issue with SquareSpace? I have exactly the same issue with JavaScript which I haven't installed so no idea how to resolve it 🙄

Thanks christyprice, I discovered that the Home page had a password on it which was causing the issue, for some reason this was the only page with it.
