Duplicating a Squarespace site

Hi experts! I am not at all technical, but am able to update my company's site when needed. The business has a number of different websites, and I need to update a couple of older sites to match our main website (premierbuildingproducts.co.uk). I understand that I can duplicate this site, but can anyone direct me to step-by-step instructions for doing this? Thanks!
