You have not provided us with a link to the site (it's always a good idea to provide a working link) but from the screenshots it looks like you have added CSS and that this may be causing the issue. If you haven't added any custom code then please contact Squarespace Customer Care about the formatting issue because they are the only ones who can assist with technical issues.
