how to change color of one word only within site title?

@tuanphan Hello! I am trying to do the same thing here. My business logo is just simple text, however one word is one color and the other is a different color. How can I change this within the site title? Compass should be white and Creative should be red Site URL: https://www.compasscreativela.com/ I am on the personal plan.
