Two navigation menu buttons for mobile

I have the same issue! I would like the "Member Log in" link to be a button on the mobile menu instead of a text link. I was able to implement the code from Ghost Plugin only on desktop. Is there a way to do this on mobile? Thank you! Site is: www.pnwfamilymedicine.com
