Change Image Card Order on Mobile

Site URL: https://clipsource.com/ I would like to reorder the way in which an image card displays on mobile. Currently, the image is on top followed by the title, subtitle and then button. Ideally, I would like the image to stack just underneath of the subtitle. And I would like to do this for every page.
