It's a baseball history site that contains my thirty years of research. I am hoping to draw people in to various sections. I am adding Excel spreadsheets and new articles little by little. I hope to sell my two books but haven't had any success yet. Thank you!

If you look under the Teams Section there are several Excel worksheets that I couldn't figure out how to upload, so I took their pictures with my cell phone and uploaded them from my cell phone to my computer, and then to my website. They look tacky! How can I upload them directly from my computer to my website?
