How is this done???? I dont see any place to untick.

I'm not sure I understand. Are you having difficulty exporting?
The buttons should be below your screenshot.

Click on an order within Commerce > Orders. When the order details are shown, click MARK FULFILLED. In the window that opens you'll see a checkbox that you can uncheck. As I mentioned in my previous post, this has to be done manually for each order.
