How do I clean my Email Campaign mailing list of inactive subscribers?

I would like to remove the inactive subscribers from my Email Campaign mailing list, preferably based upon the length of time since they last opened an email. Is this possible? I can't find a way to view subscriber open rate analytics. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
