Pick-up Email Notifications

Hi there, I set up the pick-up option for my client's new website by stating her location and that she will email the customer when order is ready. However, after testing it, she's telling me that the email for order confirmation says "We will inform you once the delivery is on its way". It shouldn't say this as it's set to pick-up. Is anyone else experiencing this? What should I do? She's on the Business Plan. Thanks
