Decreasing Section Padding Squarespace 7.1

Can someone help me reduce the spacing between these 2 sections please (mountain pic & Iverson pic). Section code for Iverson pic is 5f03faf2f638f1548b5e095d. I've tried doing from what people have posted, but it just moves the writing up/down or makes the section smaller, cropping the picture.
