Hi! I'm really struggling with custom fonts and this website is supposed to launch today any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I have CSS fonts into this website: www.rossigray.com/home-

They are working / appearing totally fine on my end, but on mobile they do not work at all. On other people's desktop the script font doesn't appear either. 

Here's the code I used

I'm so confused because I have never had this issue! Both are OTF fonts!
