I set up an annual plan for a client with Email Campaigns, but as I'm moving away from Squarespace he just wants this cancelled, but I was wondering is it not possible for him to get a pro rata refund? He paid a whole year end of October? Why won't Squarespace refund pro rata? Now I'm going to have to fork this out on my own. Anyone know different? I'm a Circle member.
