Section background video force original 16:9 ratio

Hi, We're currently working with a section background video on our homepage, but it doesn't keep the original 16:9 size (on mobile it even makes it vertical). Client wants to keep the original horizontal video at all times -- is there a way to force this and keep it full bleed as well? Thank you so much!
