This is a terrible set-up and bound to kill conversion at checkout. What I did to try and make it more obvious for customers was change the Name of the tax so it reads "Includes GST of" They will still stop and look at it, but hopefully they see the word "includes" and go ahead with the sale. Talk about a conversion killer Squarespace - this should be fixed ASAP.
