PlanetAlexanderProjects
Well, since we can't get email billing notifications from Squarespace, we can at least now get them from PayPal! doctocytot 1 Link to comment
abc
Every month, there are fewer and fewer and fewer updates for Websites. Disappointing. I guess that's the reason Squarespace got rid of versions; no pressure to release new features or updates. doctocytot 1 Link to comment
LaurenWDMC
Suggestion: - Need customer profiles to be fully customized & edited accordingly; this includes order status and being able to edit / update addresses where needed. More often than not, plenty of businesses do preorders, where a customer may move in the time the preorder is complete, or customers can check out too quickly and miss an apartment and not catch it until its too late and the order has already been sent out. - Instead of putting the burden of the business to reach out to tech support and get snippy respones, and be of no help, I'd like to be able to do things on our own without needing to cancel and replace orders for something this minor, and I'd like to be able to update statuses on packages when the system fails to do so automatically. doctocytot 1 Link to comment
EntSocVic Posted yesterday at 07:19 AM Share Posted yesterday at 07:19 AM When will you be introducing the ability to adjust pricing for existing subscriptions. I have hundreds of customers that I would like to adjust pricing for. How can I possibly ask them all to cancel their subscriptions and buy a new one? Link to comment
