LillyNetwork
When I link an email address to text on my site, it has a question mark at the end of the address, like this: joe.schmo@website.com? Is this an issue? I haven't received any complaints about it, but it differs from how most of the other addresses are entered (which were entered before I started working on this). Most of them do not include the question mark and I want to make sure the ones I've been entering are actually valid. Link to comment
Ziggy
Can you share your website URL? The question mark shouldn't matter, but you should be able to remove it from the link. LillyNetwork
Thanks. The main page in question is: https://thelillynetwork.org/member-institutions. You'll notice that most of the addresses do not have question marks, but some (the ones I've had to change) do. An example is near the top of the page in the entry for Messiah University's Brenton Good, or down the page a bit in the entry for The University of Scranton, Michelle Maldonado. If I can remove the question marks that would be great. Link to comment

The question mark acts as a divider for different pieces of information; in this case the email address can be followed by pre-filled subject, have a look at this if you're interested: https://css-tricks.com/snippets/html/mailto-links/#aa-adding-a-subject But, yes, you can remove the question mark.
