How to animate text blocks?

Hello,

how can I animate text blocks, like e.g. in PowerPoint. I want them either to fly in from left or to appear, when the user is scrolling to the area of the page or when the user is clicking on a page?

I want a text block to fly in from the left, when the user has scrolled to the area, where the block is located. Any idea?
