Resizing image for FB sharing

Every time I add an image to share from the website to social when publishing a Blog article, the image cuts off at the top.

I have tried to crop the image to various sizes as well as putting the focus marker at the top of the page, however I am always losing peoples faces.  I looks really bad and I can't seem to fix it.  An example is shown below.  How can I overcome this?

Your sharing image should be 1200 x 630 pixels to avoid cropping.

If your page is already published you can try manually pasting the link into Facebook without publishing.
