Slideshow with Image and Button

Hello! I am very new to Squarespace and I'm currently trying to recreate a website from a different platform. However, I've run into multiple sections that I can't seem to replicate. The main one being this slider.

The slider from the old webpage has different ways to display the content of each slide. My goal in Squarespace is to have an image on one side and text with a button on the other. I've attached some example slides for you to see.

I can't seem to find a way to do this natively, so I'd imagine custom code is required. The lack of customization of the Banner Slideshow is quite frustrating.

What is the best way to create this effect? I don't want to set an entire background image. I'm only worried about replicating the layout of image on one side, text + button on the other.
