Block dark mode for website

Hi, so when my website is viewed on the phone when in dark mode, the website also changes to dark mode which I had not curated it to accommodate. Is there a code I could use to block the website from ever transitioning to dark mode?

What browser on the mobile are your using? Sometimes the phone browser will force dark mode.
