Image color distortion

Recommended Posts

Hi!

Ive been uploading photos to sell art prints but all the colors on the images are super distorted to be too greenish/blue, like there is an overlay or filter. I can't find anything in any of the menus to toggle or adjust, how do I make the images look like the jpegs I am uploading?

Image 1 is the file im using and image two is how it's appearing on the website

Thanks!

I don't see any overlays.

The only thing I can think of is the SS image compressors are having a hard time with the colors and making a hash of things.

What is the quality settings of the JPEGs you are uploading? Can you up the quality? What happens?

Have you tried uploading a PNG version? What happens?

I was using max quality jpeg settings, but while i was converting to png, i realized happening the problem was happening before it hit the website! becaue I was making the files to print I was working with cmyk color settings, BUT for the colors to be accurate on digital files i needed to be working with rgb. problem solved! 😄

thanks!
