Add a section above the header on homepage

Hi,

Is there a way to add a section above the header on the homepage of my site. Kind of like a landing page but still on the same home page.

See example below:

You can edit Homepage > Add a Section under Header > Then use this code to Website Tools > Code Injection > Footer to move this section above Header
