Google Tag Manager not firing

I want to set up Google Tag Manager to this site https://www.magikats.co.uk/ and have added the code injection (and can see this on view page source), then added the container/tag/trigger to tag manager but it's not firing. We want to measure phone call clicks to a specific child page for example.

I wondered if it might be a conflict with external API key as we are measuring both UA and GA4 so made sure to add a GA4 configurator tag and UA but still no luck. 

Just wondering if anyone has come across this issue before and has any ideas as to what might be the cause?

I see there are quite a few posts about Tag Manager not firing but not this specific issue we're having.

We seem to have the same problem ... we can see the GTM code when we view page source, but it's not firing.

We are trying to track customer orders and pass the purchase data to Awin ...

Any help/advice very welcome!
