Image Block Widths

Hi! Is there a way to make image blocks the full width of the screen, so the pink goes all the way to the edge of the page? So that there would be no yellow sliver on the sides?

Yes, but you would probably have to change the page setup to an index rather than a single page, that way you can control the content width for each section of the page individually, the best way would really be to make that section's background pink rather than stretching the block.
