Sideways Scroll Section

A Client of mine wants me to build a website for him in Squarespace. He has shown me the example of https://welcometofrank.com/ which is built on a different platform (Tilda).  He loves the way half way down the home page it scrolls to the side, then continues scrolling downwards after that. 

I have seen that there are ways of scrolling sideways in Squarespace through google searches  but not sure if it can be done for just one section of a page. Can anyone confirm if this is doable and how to go about it please?

I am quite a novice at custom coding so please go easy on me! ;-)
