Full width scrolling not working on mobile mode.

Hi 

I've tried using code to make my scrolling full width, its already full width on desktop but will not update on mobile mode.

Its some how done it on one page but the rest still wont go full width.

I've added code to the Design>CSSS area I've also tried the advanced section on the page itself but still no luck.

I saw this post and tried adjusting the size in fluid engine but it will not let me.

Please help im at my wits end! (Code below)

****UPDATE****

I've now managed to sort this.

For some reason when I was trying to extend the scrolling marquee it would appear to stop in line with an image below but it is now letting me do it!
