Adding Image Border to Image Card

I'm trying to add a border around each image in a list section using:

.list-image {border:2px solid #ea4136} 
 

For some reason, it is only targeting the top and left borders (see attached image). I've tried targeting the top, bottom, left, and right with code but still only shows the left and top. 

Any suggestions?

.list-item-media {
  border: 2px solid #ea4136;
}
