Baseball coding

I'm building a website for a client's fundraising campaign. The campaign is baseball themed. On the donate page, they'd like to see a baseball field. At each base, they want to see a running tally of how many donations they've received at each level (single, double, triple, home run). Can someone help me construct some coding to make that happen?

Can you share some screenshot of your idea?

@bangank36 This is what I'm thinking. But instead of the positions, have the numbers indicate how many singles, doubles, triples, and homeruns have been "hit" (donated).
