Developer API Keys - Missing update option

Recommended Posts

A client of mine who is already using a fulfillment app that I developed, has asked me to enhance the App to retrieve Product information.

So I asked him to update my Development API Key to allow me read/write access to products.

The instructions that I sent him were copied from Authentication and permissions page and were, in summary as follows:-

Follow the steps below to generate an API key for a custom application.

  1. Log in to a Squarespace site.
  2. In the left nav, click Settings; scroll down and click Advanced.
  3. Click Developer API Keys.
  4. Click the GENERATE KEY button.
  5. In the dialog, add a key name under "KEY NAME", and select one or more Commerce APIs under "PERMISSIONS" and permission level.
  6. Record the generated key in a safe and secure place.

I can see these options on my development site but on his site, these options do not appear.

So my question is, how do I get these options to appear on my clients site so that they can add the necessary permission which will allow the app to fulfill his new requirements.
