Adding X-Forwarded-For (XFF) Header to West Template

I use Ezoic for ads on my site and it's messing with my IP address & reCAPTCHA.

The engineers at Ezoic recommended that I add a X-Forwarded-For header to my template, but I'm unsure how to do that....

I'm using the West template.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
