New to Squarespace, thinking of transferring from GoDaddy. Need advice.

I have a blog. Well, I sort of have a blog. I am so illiterate with the blog process in terms of monetizing, SSl, SEO, and everything else needed to success, I have not been proactive. That said, I have over 50 articles already completed. What can Squarespace do for me? Is it easier than Wordpress? That is who I have hosted by Go Daddy. Thank you!!

Your website concept would definitely work on Squarespace.

Monetizing depends on your products - digital and physical.
SEO is handled within the blog itself as well as across your website.

Wordpress has a different backend - think of it more like PC and Squarespace is more like Apple. 

As for your domain - you can keep it at GoDaddy (and point it to Squarespace) or transfer it to Squarespace completely.
