First 5 Seconds of Video uploads Super fuzzy?

Slamming landing page, crappy video:/

I'm working on a fashion website that has some stellar video for their homepage (not the dog website linked in this post) BUT having issues with the first 5 minutes of video resolution? Assuming it must be buffering or something, but tried both Youtube & Vimeo.

So some tidbits of other chats but no solution.

Any ideas?
