Aspect Ratio

I need help coding. I have multiple photos and I cannot have the product shots cropped. My customers need to be able to see the full picture in store. I have tried some of the codes that I found in the forums and I can see it starting to work for some but not all. 

Please Help been trying to learn code but I am very new. I need to get my website up asap.
