Adding simple Caspio forms into Squarespace

Hi

We have used caspio as a back end database and are embedding the datapages into our squarespace website. Some worked fine, but not when we are adding they just a)break the edit capability of the page and 2) don't load just give a cannot locate error. Has anyone got experience with this, we are so close to a finished webpage and this last step is stopping us. Happy to consider any solutions of how to add them
