SQSFORM / Uploader Feature Not Working

So I added an upload file feature from a third party platform called SQS FORM / UPLOADER and whenever I am testing this feature on my platform any file that gets attached does not come through to my associated email for viewing. I will receive the confirmation email and a link for the attached file, but when I click the link all I see is "Error." Is there anyone who knows how to get around this issue? Thanks.
