SS 7.1 gallery caption show on hover

Hi All

In SS 7.1 - I have a gallery of projects in a 'simple' layout (rows and columns)

I can add a standard caption to the bottom left. But I want this caption to be centre of image and show on hover.

What is the css code for this?

and maybe how to adjust the font size?
